I think with chic quarter you can book it online through agoda and booking online thing, however, you also can call them straight away and book it the good old days "call em and book em' .

 I think the rates starts around USD 75/night or Rp. 750rb/night ,  correct me if im worng :)

im not sure about daily breakfast though.. you have to tell me this one..
